About our data. What is, and isn't, on this site.
Kravictims is a public bulletin board for incident reports involving custodial cryptocurrency exchanges. It is run by volunteers. We make a specific set of promises, and we refuse to make the ones we cannot keep.
Verification policy
Every report posted on Kravictims is a user's account of what happened to them. We do not independently verify any of the following:
- Whether the user actually held an account with the exchange they name.
- Whether the incident occurred as described.
- Whether the exchange's conduct was wrongful in any legal sense.
- Whether the reported loss is accurate.
Reports marked Pattern match in the directory are simply reports that, by the same exchange and category within a rolling window, cluster with others. This is a statistical signal only. It is not a finding.
Moderation policy
Our moderators check submissions for four things:
- Spam. Automated, promotional, or off-topic content is removed.
- Credentials. Posts containing seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or recovery codes are removed and the reporter is contacted.
- Third-party identity. Named individuals (support agents, executives, other users) are redacted unless they are public figures acting in a public role.
- Recovery-scam content. Anyone offering recovery services for an upfront fee is removed and banned.
Moderators do not evaluate whether claims are true.
Disclaimers, in plain English
Kravictims is not a law firm. We do not represent you. Submitting a report or expressing interest in a class action does not create an attorney–client relationship.
Nothing on this site is legal advice. The resource library points at public channels; it does not tell you what you should do. A qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction can.
We are not affiliated with any exchange. Exchanges named in reports have not been contacted for comment. Responsible journalism requires right of reply; this is a bulletin board, not journalism.
We do not recover funds. If anyone contacts you claiming to recover funds through Kravictims, they are not affiliated with us and are very likely a scam.
Takedown requests
If you are named in a report and believe the post is defamatory, inaccurate, or violates your rights, write to takedown@kravictims.org. We review every request. Legally valid claims are processed promptly. Exchanges can submit formal responses that will be attached to the relevant reports.
